b. Copyright License: If you wish to obtain the original graphic source of a design and the associated copyright, you can purchase a Copyright License. This license provides you with the exclusive rights to use, modify, distribute, and reproduce the original design. The Copyright License grants you ownership of the design’s original graphic source.
3. Selling of Designs:
Milda Co retains the right to sell, license, or otherwise distribute the designs created through our services, even after they have been purchased by a customer. Customers who have purchased a design with a Standard License do not have the right to prevent us from using, licensing, or distributing the design to others.
4. Graphic Source:
We do not provide the original graphic source of the designs unless a Copyright License is purchased. This ensures that the unique creative work of our designers is protected.
5. Design on Printed Products:
You are welcome to order printed products featuring the designs you’ve purchased, even with a Standard License. However, please note that the ownership of the original graphic source remains with Milda Co.
